Kevin, hope we don’t lose touch now that my house sold. I truly appreciate your help all these months. I never thought that it could all be done with me out of town. You sure went a few extra miles taking care of the house upkeep, the inspections, paperwork, etc. while I enjoyed my new home in Florida.Herb
